Join us Sunday Evening, December 1st, at 6:00pm, and help decorate WCC for the Christmas Season!
Ladies, come together for our own special Christmas party! Friday evening, from 5:30pm to 8:00pm, Italian dishes and salad from the Sherman restaurant, Sam's Too, will be provided. A free will offering is taken to cover this and future events. The WHS Madrigals will be performing a part of their Christmas program while we eat. There will be a special Christmas devotion, games and an ornament gift exchange (If you wish to participate, please buy a minimum $5 ornament.) Join us and celebrate the birth of Our Lord Jesus Christ.
This is our annual all-church meeting to vote on the 2025 Budget. It’s an important part of our church’s life and your input matters!
The vote will take place fat the end of BOTH services on that Sunday morning.
This will be a special time of sharing our favorite Christmas stories, singing carols and Christmas classics such as “White Christmas” and “Winter Wonderland.” There will be special guests and our own musicians, with everyone joining in and singing carols together! Of course, we’ll provide Christmas treats and beverages.
It will be a casual setting, informal—Just like your own Family Room!
Make plans to join us, Sunday, December 15, at 6:00pm, for a “Family Room Christmas!” Come join in the holiday celebration as we celebrate the birth of our Savior! Right here with our Williamsville Christian Church family!
Join the adventure as we remind all of those around the true meaning of Christmas. We’ll get a close-up look Behind the (Manger) Scenes!

Invite friends and family, take an hour out of your busy holiday plans, and join us for this very special Candlelight Christmas Eve service at 6:00pm. This will be a meaningful time together, when we symbolically chase the darkness away by celebrating the birth of the Light of the World, Jesus Christ.
Craft Day!
Come enjoy a personalized popcorn mix to snack on while we paint our Christmas ornaments with acrylic paint and glitter. Each lady will make a minimum of four ornaments decorated in your own way to display on your tree or to give away to a friend at Christmas. There will be a $10 suggested donation to participate. All supplies for the craft will be provided. You may bring a candy to share to be mixed with the popcorn. All ages are welcome! Bring a friend.
Sept 29th - Christmas Musical Auditions Ages K-8th Grade We’ll have auditions from 10:00 am –10:45 am, at auditions your child will be asked to read, act out some scenes and if they’re interested in a singing solo to sing a few lines from their favorite song. I will have a few spots for adult actors but audition is not necessary for them.
Rehearsal happen each Sunday for an hour and half leading up to the show. There will be a few Sundays that we’ll have off.
Ladies of all ages are welcome. We’ll be going to El Mazatlan in Lincoln. If you need a ride please contact Cindy Krebs 217-341-1531.
Sept 22 - Nacho Average Pie Auction - Noon CIY Fundraiser Come join us for a build your own Nacho bar with all the fixings and then we’ll be auctioning off pies for desserts. Students help will be needed in preparing and serving. The cost per person will be $5 each. Pie donations needed! During lunch, there will be a silent pie auction. If a pie goes over $50, then it moves on to the public auction.
Thursdays - Join us for a time of small group, games and snacks.
Church vans will pick students up from school and take them to WCC for a snack, games, and a lesson time.
Parents will need to pick up their Jr. Higher at 4:30.
Join us Aug. 25 at 6:00 PM for a night of Worship and the stories behind how each of our favorite hymns/ worship songs were created. Please reach out to Keith Wilson 217-566-3381, with any questions. Starting July 28th we’ll have requests sheets in the seats every Sunday morning for you to fill out with the songs you’d like to have done at the event.

Join us July 28th at Noon for our All-Church Picnic at WCC. We will be out back to play games together, eat under tents, and our worship team will also continue our worship time outside at 1:00, after they’ve eaten their lunch.
The food will be set up buffet style in the gym, and we’ll have tables set up in there for those who don’t want to be in the heat too much.
The church will be providing the meat (hotdogs and hamburgers), and buns. Please bring your favorite summertime side, entrée or dessert to share!

July 22-25 - Cooking Camp *
Ages 2nd-5th Grade, Monday thru Thursday, 6:00-7:30 PM. Total cost is $15 per student. Your students will be learning basic skills with cooking/baking and getting to know Christ with a short devotional each night that goes along with our meal for the night.
Cinderella July 17th 7:30 PM Come out to the Muni on Family Night where up to 3 children aged 12 & younger free with paid adult admission. Let Scarlett know if you’re coming so she can save spots for lawn seating.
July 16 - $5 Movie Day
6th-8th , Depending on movie times, we’ll go to lunch at Pizza Ranch and then see Despicable Me 4. RSVP by July 14th.

July 13 - Bunco Night - 5:00 PM Ladies of all ages are welcome to join us for Bunco Night in the WCC Lobby. Bring a friend or friends, an appetizer or dessert to share and a new or gently used item for the prize table. You don’t need to know how to play to be a winner or to have fun!
July 6 - Jr High Game Night 6:00– 8:00 PM
Put on your detective hats and dive into a real life game of Clue. Make your own team with friends or come alone and be assigned to a team. We’ll have snacks, prizes and intrigue.
June 29 - HS Game Night 6:00- 8:00 PM
There’s normal game night and there’s a more ridiculous competitive way to game night, this is not the normal way….
Bring your skills, your friends and we’ll have the snacks!
June 23 - HS Canoe, Kayak, or Paddle Board @ LSCA
Come out after church for lunch, help Scarlett decorate for her week of church camp, and then enjoy the lake for a few hours.
June 17- 21 - Jr High CIY MIX Please have our students in your prayers as we travel to Cedarville, OH. Pray that they have a true opportunity to experience Christ as this conference and develop lasting and supportive relationships with not only the adult sponsors but also with each other.

June 1 - Backyard Bash *
Ages 3 (potty trained) to just finished 4th grade.
Event starts at 10:00 am, registration/check-In starts at 9:45 AM. Events ends at 3:45 PM. Parents show up at 3:30 for closing program. This year we’re going under the sea and diving into what it means to be swimming in God’s word in our everyday lives and learn that God is there for us in the good times and bad times. He’s a friend who’s real and he’s a friend who loves.
Bounce House, Water Games, Snacks, Worship, Bible Lessons, Lasting Memories, and so much more!!
May 31st - Glow Bounce 7:00p
4th-5th graders outing.
We’ll meet at the church at 6:15 to drive to Sky Zone for an hour of glow in the dark bouncing. You have to wear white or neon shirts, if you have sky zone socks bring them with you. Cost is $25.

ISI is not just for men anymore! Ladies mark your calendar for ISI for Women in Moline, IL on April 13, 2024. We will leave WCC in the church vans at 6:00 AM to attend the conference at 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. We will leave after the conference ends and eat on the way home at a restaurant. We should return by 8:00 PM. The cost is $59, which includes lunch, for registration of 10 or more by March 27, 2024.
